Parcel shipping

Parcels are usually dispatched within 3-4 days after receipt of payment.

Packages smaller than 31 kg are shipped via BPOST with a tracking number and delivered without signature.They can be delivered at home or in post points.

Packages above 31 kg are shipped with MONDIAL RELAY.

Once the payment is accepted and the merchandise is received by PERE DODO, our partner Mondial Relais will contact you to fix an appointment to deliver the product. The delivery also includes the installation of your order and if you request it previously, we can tack back your old bed frame / mattress or bedding.

Whatever the chosen delivery method, we send you a link to track your package online.

Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as shipping cost.

The preparation costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the total weight of the package and the destination.

We recommend consolidating all your items into one order. We can not combine two separate orders and shipping charges apply to each order.
